1C Module 24X Reference Circuit High Input Conditions
Cause

DTC P1376 not set, engine speed over 496 rpm, at least 7 CAM pulses received since key on, then the PCM detected that the 24X signal was high, and that it did not receive any 24X REF pulses during the last eight 4X REF pulses
