Description	EVAP System No Flow During Purge Conditions
Cause	No PCM codes set, IAT input at 50-158°F, ECT input under 237°F, the difference between ECT and IAT under 18°F, BARO input over 73 kPa, engine speed at 900-5000 rpm, throttle angle at 2 5-40%, Purge PWM over 85%, then the PCM detected that the EVAP vacuum switch was closed for 2 seconds with Purge enabled
